Concrete Cornhole Logo and Design Process – Logo and Design Consultation and Mockup
Our sales team will first consult with you on the exact logo/design you would like displayed and provide a mockup for your approval. Upon approval, we use a computerized vinyl cutting machine to print your design ensuring design accuracy and precision.
Offering a variety of concrete colors and mixes, you can customize your design or logo with our unique line of concrete colors and concrete color staining options.
Concrete Cornhole Logo and Design Process – Casting and Curing
Beginning with mixing and pouring our concrete into our custom designed forms, the casting process starts. Designing and creating forms is something we have been doing for over 40 years. Our competitors use single use, plywood forms, that cause variances in their products. We construct fiberglass and/or steel forms made for repeated use. This promotes uniformity in our products and is the differentiator between us and our competitors.
The final step in the casting process is curing. Curing our concrete to 5000+ PSI creates the longevity and durability required to withstand the elements of any climate.
Concrete Cornhole Logo and Design Process – Finishing and Logo Application
First, we sandblast the sides of the tables or boards to expose the natural beauty of the concrete we pour.
Second, we polish the tops of the boards tables to get a smooth playing surface.
Third, we apply your design to the tops of the boards using a weather resistant stain specifically designed for concrete and outdoor applications. Applying this stain will ensure that logos and designs will last for years.
Finally, we apply a water based acrylic sealer to our boards. Sealing the tops gives the boards and logos a shine that accentuates the design.
Completing this four step process ensures that your design and purchase look beautiful and last a long time. Continuing to review and monitor past designs and sales has allowed us to conclude that these are meant for years of use. Some of our products are over 10 years old and still look like they were just set in place.
